Holiday Itinerary:

 

Day 01 Cape Town 
Upon your arrival at Cape Town International Airport our representative who will hand will meet you over your travel documents. A road transfer will bring you to the hotel of your choice. Day at leisure

The Western Cape is a province of extraordinary diversity and, with its numerous attractions and famous landmarks, offers various day tour and sightseeing. Cape Town, the "Mother City", offers beautiful white sandy beaches, Table Mountain, the V&A Waterfront and just a few kilometers offshore, Robben Island. Further afield, view Bushman paintings by the original inhabitants of the Cape in the Cedarberg, enjoy the untarnished beauty of the wild West Coast, visit world-famous vineyards in the Cape Winelands, or enjoy the breathtaking scenery of the Garden Route. Arrive at your hotel and check in Day at leisure. Meals: None

Day 02 Cape Town
Breakfast will be served at the hotel. 
Commence on a tour of the city. Take the cable car to the top of Table Mountain for a panoramic view of the city and coastline. Visit the historic Malay Quarter, we go past the South African Museum, with its famed Bushmen exhibits, the Cape Castle and other interesting sights. Towards the end of the morning a visit is made at the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront. This is South Africa's most talked about tourist venue with many shops and restaurants. (You may wish to stay at the harbour and explore on your own before returning to your hotel on your own). Meals: Breakfast

Day 03 Cape Town
Breakfast at your hotel. 
Commence on full day tour of Cape Point. We flank the cold Atlantic Ocean en route to Hout Bay. Once a fishing community now one of the most popular residential areas, the harbour still has a charm of days gone by. Enjoy a half-hour cruise to "Seal Island" or for the not so adventurous the fish market "Mariners Wharf" is a must. We now continue alongside the Indian Ocean, and stop to see the Jackass penguin colony, which has become well established, at Boulders beach near Simon’s Town. Then we travel onwards until we reach Cape Point and the Cape of Good Hope. Said to be the romantic meeting place of the two mighty oceans, the Atlantic and the Indian, Sir Francis Drake the Explorer once called it "the fairest Cape that we saw in the whole circumference of the Globe”. And rightly so, it must be the highlight of any visit to the Mother City, if not South Africa. Our last stop of the day is at the Kirstenbosch Botanical gardens, home of some 3 500 species of Southern African fauna and flora. Meals: Breakfast

Day 04 Cape Town – Oudtshoorn
Breakfast at your hotel.
Depart to Oudtshoorn, a transfer of approximately 4 to 5 hours. Visit an ostrich farm with hundreds of ostriches to see, from incubation to full grown adults. The adventurous may even decide to ride an ostrich. There is a restaurant specializing in South African cuisine and a curio shop with a range of ostrich products. After our visit we check into our hotel in Oudtshoorn.
Oudtshoorn is one of the major towns of the Little Karoo, where you will be welcomed with hospitality which has become synonymous with the people of the Klein Karoo. The Klein Karoo is a fertile valley cupped by the Swartberg and Outeniqua mountain ranges, and originated as a settlement along the Grobbelaars Rivers which meanders southwards from the Swartberg, providing fertile soil and water for irrigation. Crops such as lucerne, tobacco, fruit, grapes and grains grow here in abundance. Meals: Breakfast

Day 05 Oudtshoorn - Knysna
Breakfast at your hotel.
Half day tour in and around Oudtshoorn. We visit the world renowned Cango Caves and the Cango Wildlife Ranch where you will learn more about cheetah and crocodiles. Depart to Knysna, a drive of approximately 1 to 2 hours. Check into your hotel. Enjoy an afternoon cruise on the Knysna Lagoon (1 hour and 30 minutes). Meals: Breakfast

Day 06 Oudtshoorn - Johannesburg – Sun City
Breakfast at your hotel. 
Road transfer to George Airport for your scheduled flight to O.R Tambo International Airport (cost of flight for your own account). Road transfer to Sun City, a transfer of approximately 2 hours. Day at leisure

Day 07 Sun City

Day at leisure to enjoy the various activities Sun City has to offer. Meals: Breakfast

Day 08 Sun City – Mabula Game Reserve
Breakfast at your hotel. Road transfer to Mabula Game Lodge, a drive of approximately 2 hours
Set against a backdrop of lush green mountainous vegetation, Mabula Game Lodge is set in one of South Africa's finest private game reserves. Only two hours North of Johannesburg, this 12000 hectare reserve is home to an abundance of animal and bird life, including the 'Big-5'. Exclusive accommodation is provided in our 47 rooms including 3 suites that offer guests every comfort in a scenic natural setting.Lunch will be served on arrival (dependant on your time of arrival) Afternoon game drive, starts around 16:00 (dependant on your time of arrival) Dinner at the lodge. Day 09 Mabula Game Reserve - Johannesburg
Early morning game drive. Breakfast at your lodge.
Road transfer to your hotel in Johannesburg. Meals: None

Day 10 Johannesburg
Breakfast at your hotel. 
Take the shuttle transfer from Emperor’s Palace to O.R Tambo International Airport. Road transfer from MonteCasino to O.R Tambo International Airport. Meals: Breakfast
