Day 01 Arrive Frankfurt - Onto Heidelberg
On arrival in Frankfurt, proceed to the station, which is within the Airport terminal itself to board your train to Heidelberg. The magnificent ruins of the thirteenth century neo-gothic castle above the town add to the fairy-tale setting that has inspired composers, poets and painters over the centuries. Day 02 Heidelberg - Freiberg
The morning, tour Heidelberg Castle and stroll through the medieval town centre on your Heidelberg / Mannheim tour. Later proceed to the station to board your train to Freiburg. Overnight in Freiberg. (B)
Day 03 Freiberg

Day 06 Cologne - Frankfurt
Travel by train to Frankfurt. On arrival, check into your hotel. Later this afternoon, you have the option of taking the Half Day Tour of the Rhine Valley. Pass medieval castles and picturesque vineyards as you cruise along the Rhine. Overnight in Frankfurt. (B)
