Booking
Policy |
|
- The total price displayed includes applicable fares and taxes charged by the airline.
- The fares or taxes can be changed by the airline without any prior intimation.
- The entire amount payable must be received by us in order to confirm the booking.
- At any stage we hold no responsibility for any changes in the schedule or any cancellations of flights implemented by the airlines.
- We advise to reconfirm your flight schedule 24 hours prior to your flight departure.
- Kindly ensure that you hold all relevant valid travel documents required for travel.
- Meals, seat preference or any other special requests can only be requested by us and will be provided by the airline at their own discretion.
- In case a payment through a credit card is not approved or is flagged by the payment gateway, we will try and inform you at the earliest. You could then either contact your credit card company or let us know of an alternative form of payment to confirm the booking.
- Should you notice any discrepancy in your personal details of your booking, the same should be brought to our immediate notice wherein we will try and assist you in getting the corrections made from the airline.

| Child / Infant regulations: |
|
- Anyone less than 2 years of age is considered an infant.
- Anyone less than 12 years of age is considered a child.
- An infant must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.
- One infant is allowed to travel with each adult passenger. In case, an adult is travelling with more than one infant passenger, the other infants pay the child fare.
- To avail of an infant fare, the infant must be under the age of two years throughout the entire journey. In case the infant is more than 2 years of age on the return journey, you will be required to pay the applicable child fare.
- Children under the age of 16 travelling alone are considered as unaccompanied minors for which please consult respective airlines for their specific requirements.

| Frequent Flier Miles: |
|
- For any information regarding frequent flier miles, please contact the respective airlines.
- The provision, redemption or any other service related to miles is as per the sole discretion of the respective airline. Hence, we do not undertake any liability for mileage guarantee.

| Check in: |
|
- As per the airline rules, the standard check-in time begins 3 hours before departure.
- Most international airline counters close 1 hour prior to departure.
- Most domestic airline counters close 30 minutes prior to departure.
- Infants and children must have valid proof-of-age documents showing that the infant is under 2 years old or the child is under 12 years of age.
- You are required to carry necessary and valid travel documents as per the requirements of the airline and government. These include a passport which is valid for a minimum of six months, a valid visa, immigration clearance, I.D. proof for domestic travel etc. We do not hold any responsibility for not being allowed to board due to lack of any of these documents.
- It is mandatory for you to carry a hard copy of your e-ticket to the airline check in counter. We do not hold any responsibility for the airline not allowing you to travel in the absence of this e ticket at the time of check in.

| Baggage Allowance: |
|
The free baggage allowance which includes both check in and cabin baggage varies significantly depending on various factors such as:
- Specific Airline.
- Class of Travel.
- Destination.
- Frequent Flier Miles.
- Age (Infants have different allowance)
Hence, we recommend you to contact the respective airline directly, visit the airlines website, or contact us via the customer support number to get the relevant baggage allowance information for your specific flight.

| Amendments to your flight: |
|
- Although in most cases we can assist you with making amendments to your confirmed bookings. But, in some cases, you will be required to contact the airline directly.
- Amendments are only allowed before the stipulated time given by the respective airlines.
- In most cases airlines do not allow amendments for No Show passengers.
- In certain cases amendments are not allowed as per the airline rules.
- All amendments or changes can only be done within the validity of the ticket.
- All amendments are subject to amendment charges levied by the specific airline, which may vary by flight, booking class and/or fare basis.
- In case of amendments in domestic flights:
(i) Up to 2 hours before the flight, a charge of Rs 750 is applicable.
(ii) For changes within the last 2 hours of a flight or in case of a No Show, a charge of Rs 1,500 is applicable.
- In some cases amendments would be charged the difference in fare and/or the difference in taxes as per the new booking.
- In addition to the airline's amendment charges, we will charge a service fee as per below:
(i) Rs 150 per passenger for domestic flights.
(ii) Rs 300 per passenger for international flights.

| Cancellation/ Refunds of your bookings: |
|
- As per the airline policies, in most cases there would be a cancellation charge based on the fare basis and booking class of the ticket purchased.
- In case of cancellation/ refund in domestic flights:
(i) Up to 2 hours before the flight, a charge of Rs 750 is applicable.
(ii) Within the last 2 hours of a flight or in case of a No Show, a charge of Rs 1,500 is applicable.
- In case of international flight:
(i) Partly utilized tickets are Non – Refundable.
(ii) There will be no refunds on No – Show passengers.
- In certain cases booked fares may be non-refundable as per the specific Airline's policy
- In addition to the airline's cancellation charges, we will charge a service fee to process the cancellations. The service fee is as below:
(i) Rs 150 per passenger for domestic flights.
(ii) Rs 300 per passenger for international flights.
(iii)
- We would require 15 – 21 days to process your cancellation / refunds.
- Refunds would be processed after deducting the respective payment gateway fees.
